Inventory observation visit
Year-end stock counts observed and documented for manufacturers and wholesalers with one or more storage sites.
When inventory is material to the financial statements, we attend physical counts, test count sheets, and document cut-off. This visit can stand alone for companies whose statutory auditor is based elsewhere, or form part of our own audit engagement.
Who it is for
Manufacturers and wholesalers with warehouses in Hiroshima Prefecture, including sites that count overnight or across multiple depots.
Included
Pre-count briefing, attendance during the count, test counts of selected SKUs, cut-off testing of shipping and receiving, and a written observation memo for the audit file.
Excluded
Performing the count for you, valuing inventory at net realisable value, or rewriting warehouse procedures manuals.
Delivery mode
On-site only. Travel within Hiroshima Prefecture is included in the day rate orientation; further travel is quoted separately.
Pricing
From ¥95,000 per site-day, plus approved overnight costs when counts run past midnight.
