By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Formal audit work is governed by a separate signed engagement letter, which prevails over website copy where they differ.

Services described

Pages describing engagements, fees, and timelines are informational. They do not constitute an offer to contract until we issue and you accept an engagement letter. Fee ranges are orientation only.

Intellectual property

Site text, visual design, and brand marks belong to Mizube Audit Atelier unless otherwise attributed. You may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Working papers created during an engagement remain our property; reports issued to you may be used for their stated purpose.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit false information in connection with an engagement inquiry. We may refuse or terminate correspondence that is abusive or fraudulent.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mizube Audit Atelier is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use, including reliance on general informational content. Professional liability for audit work is addressed solely in the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts with jurisdiction in Hiroshima Prefecture shall hear disputes arising from website use, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

We may update these terms periodically. The version posted on this page applies from the date of publication.
